Located on approx. 4 acres, the Pender County Courthouse in Burgaw, NC is a 19,000 SF historic structure. After Hurricane Florence caused extensive water damage, the courthouse received exterior repairs in preparation to restore the functionality of this iconic Burgaw landmark.

Thomas Construction Group was awarded the planned interior renovations. Work consisted of storm damage repairs and renovations including, relocation and new mechanical and electrical systems; lead/asbestos abatement; ADA improvements; plaster demolition, repair and replacement; custom woodwork; new elevator and shaft; new courtroom seating; and new finishes throughout.
