Kiawah Island Municipal Complex

Thomas Construction Group has been selected as general contractor for the Town of Kiawah Island’s new Municipal Complex. The project includes the construction of two new facilities—a Town Hall and a maintenance garage—designed to enhance operational efficiency and community engagement.

The new Town Hall will feature administrative offices, conference rooms, a break room, and a grand main lobby, along with council chambers designed to accommodate public meetings and court sessions. The adjacent maintenance garage will provide essential support for the town’s public works operations.
