Kure Beach Town Hall & Fire Station

Thomas Construction Group completed the expansion and renovation of municipal facilities for the Town of Kure Beach, NC. The project unified critical town services—including administration, fire, and police—into a modern, efficient complex designed to better serve residents and visitors alike.

The project included renovations to the existing 15,000-square-foot Town Hall and Police Department, as well as the addition of a new 9,200-square-foot Fire Station and 4,300 square feet of expanded administrative offices and Council Chambers. The upgraded complex enhances functionality, safety, and accessibility, reflecting the town’s continued investment in community infrastructure.
