Cape Fear Community College Building L Renovations

Thomas Construction Group has been selected as Construction Manager at Risk for the renovation of Building L at Cape Fear Community College’s Downtown Campus in Wilmington, NC.
The 28,000-square-foot education facility will undergo interior renovations to the entire second floor, including a full reconfiguration of the college’s downtown library, Video Production Studio, Learning (Tutoring) Lab, and supporting academic spaces. Thomas will provide comprehensive preconstruction and construction services, with work anticipated to begin in Fall 2024.
