Thomas Construction Group has been selected as Construction Manager at Risk for the Cape Fear Community College Building L Renovations at the Downtown Campus in Wilmington, NC.

Thomas will provide preconstruction and construction services for the renovation of a 28,000 SF education facility.  Interior renovations to the entire second floor of Building L will include reconfiguration of the college’s downtown library and Video Production Studio, Learning (Tutoring) Lab, and other support spaces. Construction is expected to begin in Fall 2024.
