By making an early selection and utilizing the TVD process, Thomas was able to guarantee an early delivery for a 5-story parking deck during a critical period where many employees were working remotely due to the pandemic. Our early GMP for the parking deck component proved to be the difference maker in achieving move-in milestones. Since the parking deck was a long-lead item, we were able to concurrently assess the 90,000 square foot addition and evaluate the renovation of their existing 100,000 square foot office space.
