nCino’s World Headquarters, located in Wilmington, NC, expanded its operations and selected Thomas as their private CMAR partner to provide early design assist, preconstruction, and construction management services. By making an early selection and utilizing the TVD process, Thomas was able to guarantee an early delivery for a 5-story parking deck during a critical period where many employees were working remotely due to the pandemic. Our early GMP for the parking deck component proved to be the difference maker in achieving move-in milestones. Since the parking deck was a long-lead item, we were able to concurrently assess the 90,000 square foot addition and evaluate the renovation of their existing 100,000 square foot office space.
