Thomas Construction Group is completing the 8,500 SF office upfit for LS3P in the new 101 N. Third Street building in downtown Wilmington, NC. Located on the fifth floor of the 69,000 SF Class-A office building—designed by LS3P in partnership with GHK Cape Fear Development—the space will serve as the firm’s Wilmington office under a 10-year lease.
The building’s design balances a contemporary aesthetic with respect for the historic character of its downtown surroundings. LS3P joins Smith Moore Leatherwood as tenants in the development, both of whose offices were delivered by Thomas Construction Group.
