Thomas Construction Group partnered with Wilmington-based banking software firm nCino on a multi-phase expansion of its headquarters and campus. Over the course of this multi-year effort, Thomas delivered a 642-space precast parking deck and constructed a new 90,000 SF, three-story office building adjacent to the company’s original headquarters.
Renovations to the existing 90,000 SF building included upgraded front and rear façades, enhanced landscaping, and modern office upfits. The project also introduced a new amenity courtyard, providing employees with a collaborative outdoor space that complements the innovative culture at nCino.
