Thomas Construction Group delivered the new corporate administrative office for Atlantic Packaging in Wilmington, NC, providing a modern home for the company’s accounting, finance, and executive leadership teams. The project involved partial demolition of an existing pre-engineered structure, followed by the construction of a 16,000 SF, two-story steel-framed headquarters and 6,500 SF of renovations.
Additional work included construction within the existing building and the addition of a 2,350 SF mezzanine. Designed by BMH Architects, the headquarters incorporates modern elements inspired by Atlantic Packaging’s Solutions Center in South Charlotte, blending functionality with a forward-looking design.
