Pennybyrn at Maryfield is a senior living community that is currently undergoing an expansion and extensive renovations on its existing campus in High Point. The project consists of four (4) phases including: a new 23,780 SF, single-story rehab facility with 25 short-term stay units with an I-2 occupancy classification; a new 78,282 SF, free-standing independent living building that is split into three- and four-stories to serve an occupancy type of R-2 consisting of 42 units and approx. 60 parking spaces; renovations of approximately 77, 230 SF and an addition of approx. 4,600 SF of the existing Independent Living Facility; and a renovation of 122,000 SF existing Healthcare Households Facility for assisted living and skilled nursing patients.
