Located on bustling Washington Street in Durham, NC, the Wye Apartments is a 233 unit wrap apartment building and precast parking deck, along with a second building consisting of 77 units and an open air connecting bridge between the buildings.  The wrap building will be 5 stories on podium and the second building is 4 stories on podium.  Both buildings have a retail, mixed-use component on the ground level.  The precast deck will provide a total of 383 parking spaces.  The total gross square feet of all buildings and deck is approximately 450,000SF.
