Thomas Construction Group completed the office upfit for Bill Clark Homes in Wilmington, NC, creating a welcoming design center where clients can meet to plan and personalize their custom homes. The project encompassed the full office space, including private offices, storage, cubicle work areas, and an employee kitchen.
Thomas delivered all framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for the design center and main conference room, while the client completed interior finishes for display and selection purposes.
