In multiple phases, Thomas expanded the Wilmington-based banking software firm, nCino, by making considerable upgrades to the existing headquarters and campus. Throughout this multi-year project, Thomas completed a 642-space precast parking deck and built a new 90,000 SF, 3-story building adjacent to their original main headquarters building.
Additionally, Thomas completed renovations to the existing 90,000 SF HQ building including front and rear entry façade upgrades, landscape upgrades, and office upfits. nCino’s employees are also enjoying their new amenity courtyard.
