Thomas has been awarded a Preconstruction Agreement and Construction contract to build a new Amenity Park for Ocean Ridge Plantation.  The new facilities will include an approx. 10,000 SF building and a pool in Ocean Isle Beach, NC. The building will consist of meeting rooms, event space and service kitchen; along with amenities such as a band pavilion, pickleball courts, and a zero-entry outdoor pool and pool deck.
