Thomas Construction Group acted as Construction Manager for both the Seaside Club and the state-of-the-art Signature Wellness Center at St. James Plantation.

The Seaside Club has a beach-entry pool contains a wet deck and splash pad with ground jets and gushers for members and guests to enjoy. The Wellness Center was later constructed and features the latest in cardio and strength training equipment, yoga and exercise studios, personal training services, physical therapy rooms and women’s and men’s locker rooms.

Located adjacent to the Seaside Club, the Wellness Center adjoins the existing swim and tennis complex. Additionally, members of the Seaside community in St. James Plantation are enjoying a junior Olympic-length lap lane pool. Other amenities include a wooden sun deck, sand-filled play area, ornamental wall picket fencing and a trellis wall – all amongst a beautifully landscaped setting. The stand-alone snack bar building features vaulted ceilings and dormers, a kitchen and locker rooms with changing areas, showers and restrooms.
