The 20,250 SF health education facility features a three-story, cast-stone and brick veneer exterior, architectural sunshades, canopies, curtainwalls, and stainless handrails.

The South East Area Health Education Center consists of 51 offices and classrooms, and 5 conference rooms to conduct various health education programs. The 2nd story houses an extensive library to support health care professionals and students.
