Courtyard at Renaissance Park features two buildings totaling 38,000 SF along one of Wilmington, NC’s busiest commercial and retail corridors. The first floor of each building is home to high-end retail and restaurant tenants, while the tower lobby serves as the entryway to Class-A office space on the second floor. Finishes throughout include Italian tile, wood trim, coffered ceilings, and granite vanity tops, creating a refined and welcoming environment.
Thomas Construction Group delivered many of the interior tenant spaces for a range of clients, including a commercial real estate firm, insurance company, restaurant, salon, financial services group, cellular retailer, and several clothing stores. Building on this success, Thomas also serves as Construction Manager at Risk for Renaissance II, a planned 36,000 SF two-story mixed-use building.
