Located at the entrance to Autumn Hall in Wilmington, NC, Dungannon Village is a nearly 30,000 SF Class-A office complex that combines mixed-use functionality with Low Country architectural influence. Designed by Mark Loudermilk of Becker Morgan Group, the two-story building reflects the character of Carolina coastal homes and downtown Wilmington.
Thomas Construction Group completed the core and shell as well as multiple tenant upfits, including Seacoast Realty’s 17,100 SF headquarters (spanning the entire second floor and part of the first) and the 1,350 SF office for Don Bullard Insurance. The complex also features a local insurance agency and a coffee shop, contributing to the energy of the Autumn Hall community in Wilmington, NC.
