Autumn Hall Building Three is a 34,734 SF, two-story Class-A office building within the 236-acre Autumn Hall mixed-use development near Mayfaire in Wilmington, NC. Featuring a 285 SF second-story deck, the building was delivered by Thomas Construction Group using tilt-wall construction for durability and efficiency.
In addition to constructing the core and shell, Thomas also completed four distinct tenant upfits, tailoring the building to meet the needs of its diverse occupants while strengthening the growing Autumn Hall community.
