Autumn Hall Building Three is a 34,734 SF, two-story Class-A office building within the 236-acre Autumn Hall mixed-use development near Mayfaire in Wilmington, NC. Featuring a 285 SF second-story deck, the building was delivered by Thomas Construction Group using tilt-wall construction for durability and efficiency.
In addition to constructing the core and shell, Thomas also completed four distinct tenant upfits, tailoring the building to meet the needs of its diverse occupants while strengthening the growing Autumn Hall community.
Delivered under a Design-Build contract, Thomas was at the table with the owner, architect, and tenant from the beginning — early enough to evaluate the structural system before the design was locked. That collaboration led to a shift from the originally planned steel frame to tilt-up concrete construction, delivering savings in both cost and schedule without compromising the quality of a Class-A office environment.
