IKA Works engaged Thomas for a 28,500 SF major renovation and expansion project in Wilmington. Their new two-story building addition includes a lobby, conference rooms, cafeteria, product showroom, and office spaces. Unique features include glass encased conference rooms and cafeteria. There is a conveying system and two stairways, and the second floor executive suite has a balcony to the exterior. The existing facility has been renovated to include new processing laboratories, a service area, and additional office space. The design includes potential expansion for the firm’s Pilot Plant.
