Thomas Construction Group has built a strong partnership with LM Restaurants, delivering multiple Carolina Ale House locations across North Carolina, including Wilmington, Jacksonville, Greenville, Fayetteville, and most recently near Concord Mills. The 10,000 SF Concord Mills location reflects the brand’s signature sports-themed, high-energy atmosphere, featuring a full commercial kitchen, dedicated beer storage cooler, walk-in food cooler and freezer, indoor and outdoor bars with extensive television displays, and a full gaming area.
In addition to Carolina Ale House projects, Thomas has also completed renovations for two of LM Restaurants’ coastal landmarks: The Oceanic and Bluewater Grill at Wrightsville Beach, NC—helping elevate both dining destinations while preserving their local character.
