Thomas Construction Group delivered Perla Raw Bar, Ash Aziz’s newest contemporary oyster bar, bringing a modern coastal dining experience to Renaissance Park in Wilmington, NC. Positioned off Military Cutoff Road, across from Mayfaire Shopping Center, the restaurant also connects to the Hudson Renaissance Apartments—another Thomas project.
The 3,400 SF interior provides seating for 70 guests, complemented by a 2,800 SF patio that accommodates an additional 60. Nearly 40 patrons can gather around the indoor and outdoor bar, enhanced with Flip Out Windows and infrared patio heaters for year-round comfort. Inside, the space features custom glass artistry and mosaic quarry tile flooring, blending craftsmanship and atmosphere in a vibrant setting.
