Thomas Construction Group partnered with IKA Works on a 28,500 SF renovation and expansion of its Wilmington, NC facility. The two-story addition features a welcoming lobby, conference rooms, cafeteria, product showroom, and office spaces, highlighted by glass-encased meeting areas and dining spaces. The second-floor executive suite includes a private balcony, while a conveying system and dual stairways enhance functionality throughout the building.
Renovations to the existing facility introduced new processing laboratories, a service area, and additional office space, with the design accommodating future expansion for IKA’s Pilot Plant. This project reflects Thomas’ ability to deliver complex upgrades that support innovation and growth for global companies based in Wilmington.
