Thomas Construction Group completed a Design-Build project for a new 1.76-acre amenity site within the Mungo Homes Grand Park development in Brunswick County, NC. The centerpiece of the site is a 902 SF wood-framed building housing men’s and women’s restrooms and dedicated storage for pool and community use.
A 1,424 SF covered patio with an expanded slab creates space for fire pits and grilling stations, while a 2,277 SF community pool and a mail kiosk add both recreational and everyday convenience. Together, these features provide residents with thoughtfully designed spaces that enhance connection, relaxation, and quality of life within the growing Grand Park neighborhood.
