Located at the Autumn Hall entrance, the Class A office complex known as Dungannon Village contains nearly 30,000 sq. ft. The mixed-use office building is home to one of the city’s largest real estate firms, a local insurance agent, and a quaint coffee shop. Thomas completed the shell building, as well as Seacoast Realty’s offices which consumes approx. 17,100 sq. ft. (the entire 2nd floor and a portion of the 1st floor). The offices of Don Bullard Insurance upfit (1,350 sq. ft.) was also completed by Thomas. The design, by architect Mark Loudermilk of Becker Morgan Group, carries the influence of Low Country Carolinas homes and buildings in downtown Wilmington.
