Autumn Hall Building One is a 24,310 SF mixed-use building in the larger Autumn Hall community. This two-story building was constructed with five different tenant spaces, including restaurant and office space. In addition to completing the core & shell, Thomas also completed two of the major upfits within. On the first floor, Thomas completed the space Origins Food and Drink for restaurateur Ash Aziz. The upfit consists of 5,841 SF with 1,571 SF covered patio with features such as wood veneer and interior storefront, coffered ceiling, cove lighting, insulated wine cooler, bar and bar seating, interior dining with operable glass partition that opens to outdoor dining. On the second floor, Thomas completed the new office space for Cape Fear Commercial. The corporate commercial upfit was 6,759 SF, with a 1,363 SF terrace located on the second floor.
