Thomas Construction Group served as General Contractor for the Jason’s Deli/Eyemart shell, an 8,100 SF one-story building on Market Street in Wilmington, NC. Following completion of the core and shell, both tenants selected Thomas to deliver their interior upfits.
The Jason’s Deli upfit included 4,500 SF of dining space with seating for 216 guests inside and an additional 16 on the patio. Despite the fast-paced, high-volume requirements, Thomas completed construction in under 90 days, ensuring the popular restaurant could open quickly to serve the community.
