Spanning 370,000 square feet across three stories, this state-of-the-art community offers a full continuum of care including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.
The facility includes 278 residential units and 30 skilled nursing beds, with an additional 90,000 square feet dedicated to skilled nursing and mental health services. Carolina Bay also features a clinic, rehabilitation spaces, and a secure enclosed courtyard that enhances comfort, safety, and accessibility for residents.
