Thomas Construction Group completed this one-story, 35,000-square-foot I-2 institutional facility in Mint Hill, North Carolina. The community features 48 residential units and includes welcoming dining areas, a parlor, media room, dedicated Alzheimer’s wing, and multiple nursing stations—each thoughtfully designed to create a warm, supportive environment for residents.
As Carillon Assisted Living’s select construction manager, Thomas Construction Group develops a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) at the conclusion of Design Development for each facility. To date, Thomas has constructed more than ten Carillon communities across North Carolina, including Garner, Mint Hill, North Raleigh, Mooresville, Clemmons, Asheboro, Huntersville, Durham, North Durham, and Wake Forest.
