Thomas Construction Group completed this one-story, 35,000-square-foot I-2 institutional facility in Asheboro, North Carolina. The community features 48 residential units and includes dining areas, a parlor, media room, dedicated Alzheimer’s wing, and multiple nursing stations—all designed to provide comfort, accessibility, and compassionate care for residents.
As Carillon Assisted Living’s select construction manager, Thomas Construction Group develops a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) at the conclusion of Design Development for each facility. To date, Thomas has completed ten Carillon communities across North Carolina, including Garner, Mint Hill, North Raleigh, Mooresville, Clemmons, Asheboro, Huntersville, Durham, North Durham, and Wake Forest.
