Thomas Construction Group completed this two-story, 46,000-square-foot I-2 institutional facility in North Durham, North Carolina. The community features 66 residential rooms, three suites, and 132 beds, along with dining areas, a parlor, media room, dedicated Alzheimer’s wing, and four nursing stations—all thoughtfully designed to support resident comfort, care, and connection.
As Carillon Assisted Living’s select construction manager, Thomas Construction Group develops a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) at the conclusion of Design Development for each facility. To date, Thomas has completed ten Carillon communities across North Carolina, including Garner, Mint Hill, North Raleigh, Mooresville, Clemmons, Asheboro, Huntersville, Durham, North Durham, and Wake Forest.
