Thomas Construction Group completed construction of Calyx Living of Fuquay-Varina, a new senior living community situated on a 4.4-acre campus in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. The single-story, 38,900-square-foot facility is designed to provide residents with comfort, connection, and high-quality care in a modern, purpose-built environment.
The community includes 84 total beds—48 dedicated to assisted living and 36 to Alzheimer’s and memory care. Thoughtfully planned amenities such as three dining rooms, a wellness center, art studio, activity and library space, and a spacious living room create a vibrant and supportive setting for residents. An independent storage building adds convenience and operational efficiency.
