As part of the planned continuing care retirement community, Carolina Bay at Autumn Hall, Thomas has completed four Garden Flat buildings. Each lot consists a three-story, wood framed residential building for independent living. The Garden Flats consists of approx. 13,000 SF ea with six units each (2 per floor) either 2- or 3-bedrooms, first floor covered parking and an elevator to each level.
