Thomas Construction Group completed this two-story, 46,000-square-foot I-2 institutional facility in Durham, North Carolina, featuring 66 residential rooms, three suites, and 132 beds. The community includes dining areas, a parlor, media room, dedicated Alzheimer’s wing, and four nursing stations—all designed to create a comfortable, supportive environment for residents and caregivers alike.
As Carillon Assisted Living’s select construction manager, Thomas Construction Group develops a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) at the end of Design Development for each of the company’s facilities. To date, Thomas has constructed ten Carillon communities across North Carolina, including Garner, Mint Hill, North Raleigh, Mooresville, Clemmons, Asheboro, Huntersville, Durham, North Durham, and Wake Forest.
