Thomas Construction Group partnered with Calyx Senior Living and Carillon Assisted Living to deliver their newest senior living community in Apex, North Carolina. This 52,767-square-foot, freestanding single-story facility is thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and compassionate care for residents.
The community includes 62 total rooms—40 dedicated to assisted living and 22 tailored for residents with Alzheimer’s and memory care needs. Every aspect of the design reflects a focus on safety, accessibility, and a homelike environment that fosters connection and dignity.
