Thomas Construction Group has been selected by Calyx Senior Living and Carillon Assisted Living to deliver their newest senior living community in the Wakefield area of North Raleigh, North Carolina. Designed for comfort, accessibility, and connection, this 52,145-square-foot, single-story facility will provide residents with high-quality care in a warm and inviting setting.
The community will feature 92 total beds—50 dedicated to assisted living and 42 to Alzheimer’s and memory care—offering a secure and supportive environment for residents at every stage of need.
