The Templeton of Cary is a five-story, 442,136 sq ft senior living complex with 199 independent living units, 70 assisted living units, 22 memory care units, and 28 skilled nursing units. The Templeton of Cary offers elegant senior living apartments with multiple high-end amenity spaces, and the space allows for a continuum of care, if needed. The apartments styles vary to include: a one-bedroom, one-bath; a one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath; two-bedrooms, two-baths; and a spacious two-bedroom, two- bath, and den. High-end finishes include wood flooring, granite countertops, tile backsplashes, and artful light fixtures. There is also an attached parking deck. Thomas Construction Group worked in an association agreement to bring this project to life for Liberty Senior Living.
