Thomas Construction Group completed this two-story, 42,000-square-foot I-2 institutional facility in Huntersville, North Carolina. The community includes 66 residential rooms, three suites, and 132 beds, along with dining areas, a parlor, media room, dedicated Alzheimer’s wing, and four nursing stations—all designed to provide a comfortable and supportive living environment for residents.
As Carillon Assisted Living’s select construction manager, Thomas Construction Group develops a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) at the conclusion of Design Development for each facility. To date, Thomas has completed ten Carillon communities across North Carolina, including Garner, Mint Hill, North Raleigh, Mooresville, Clemmons, Asheboro, Huntersville, Durham, North Durham, and Wake Forest.
