Thomas Construction Group completed this one-story, 38,000-square-foot I-2 institutional facility in North Raleigh, North Carolina. The community features 48 residential units, along with dining areas, a parlor, media room, dedicated Alzheimer’s wing, and multiple nursing stations—all thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, safety, and quality care for residents.
As Carillon Assisted Living’s select construction manager, Thomas Construction Group develops a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) at the conclusion of Design Development for each project. To date, Thomas has constructed ten Carillon communities across North Carolina, including Garner, Mint Hill, North Raleigh, Mooresville, Clemmons, Asheboro, Huntersville, Durham, North Durham, and Wake Forest.
