The community includes 48 residential units and features inviting dining areas, a parlor, media room, dedicated Alzheimer’s wing, and multiple nursing stations—all designed to create a comfortable and supportive environment for residents.
As Carillon Assisted Living’s select construction manager, Thomas Construction Group develops a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) at the conclusion of Design Development for each facility. To date, Thomas has completed ten Carillon communities across North Carolina, including Garner, Mint Hill, North Raleigh, Mooresville, Clemmons, Asheboro, Huntersville, Durham, North Durham, and Wake Forest.
