The Reserve Club at St. James Plantation in Southport, NC is a 22,000 SF LEED-certified clubhouse distinguished by its British Colonial design. The facility features a main dining room, two private dining rooms, four galleries, and a spacious foyer and lobby, all seamlessly connected to the existing Pro Shop.
As part of the project, Thomas Construction Group also delivered a new 4,000 SF golf cart barn, expanding amenities for club members while enhancing the overall experience at this coastal community.
