Eden Village of Wilmington is a 31-unit tiny home community designed to provide permanent homes for chronically homeless individuals living in Wilmington, NC. Eden Village is built with the simple mission to end the cycle of homelessness, knowing that a home is an essential component to long-term health care for individuals and a proven, permanent solution.

In addition to overseeing the development of the community, Thomas was also responsible for constructing the 4,037SF Eden Village Gathering Tree Community Center. The Community Center center includes a kitchen and clubhouse area, a laundry room, co-working office space, shower and restrooms, and a clinic.
