Eden Village of Wilmington is a 31-home tiny house community created to provide permanent housing for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. Rooted in the mission to break the cycle of homelessness, the community recognizes that a stable home is a critical foundation for long-term health and a proven path to recovery.
In addition to overseeing the development, Thomas Construction Group built the 4,037 SF Gathering Tree Community Center. This welcoming space includes a kitchen and clubhouse, laundry facilities, co-working offices, showers and restrooms, and a clinic—bringing essential services and a sense of community together under one roof.
