Thomas Construction Group completed extensive renovations to the 17,000 SF Drysdale Sports Center at the Country Club of Landfall in Wilmington, NC, enhancing amenities for members across fitness, recreation, and athletics. Upgrades included a new yoga and movement room, spin classroom, aerobics studio, expanded gym and weight room, tennis pro shop, and golf plaza.
Additional work converted a 2,200 SF structure into a Kid’s Camp recreation building with a kitchen and office space. New construction also added two support facilities: a pool storage and maintenance building, and a pool facility with family, men’s, and women’s dressing rooms, showers, and restrooms—creating a complete, modernized campus for members.
