Thomas Construction Group completed the Golf Performance Center at Cape Fear Country Club, a purpose-built, single-story facility designed to elevate the member golf experience. The approximately 4,115-square-foot building features a wood-framed structure constructed under Type V-A construction, utilizing standard wood framing assemblies in accordance with applicable code requirements.
The performance center includes three state-of-the-art hitting bays with retractable doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor training environment. Adjacent to the bays, an open and inviting lounge serves as the social hub of the space, complete with a bar, Pro office, and supporting restrooms and storage areas. Thoughtfully selected finishes light in color with a mix of textures and etched glass walls overlooking the bays create a casual yet refined atmosphere.
Designed for both performance and connection, the Golf Performance Center balances functionality with hospitality, providing Cape Fear Country Club members a modern, well-rounded space to practice, gather, and enjoy the game.
