Using our proprietary preconstruction process known as Target-Value-Delivery (TVD), Thomas has entered into a Design/Build contract with brokerage firm Cape Fear Commercial to deliver a 32,000 SF office and warehouse facility on Highway 421 in New Hanover County. The tenant, Colonial Materials, is a supplier of commercial and residential building materials for local projects.  They are expanding their footprint to increase their distribution capacity in the area.  The new facility is expected to enhance their ability to meet the growing demand for construction materials and support the development of local projects more effectively.
