With construction wrapped up on New Hanover County’s new government center and demolition of the previous facility strip center complete, the stage is set for the County’s new 7,500 SF Board of Elections building.

The new Board of Elections building is located adjacent to Ten Pin Alley and Breaktime Billiards, designed with a secure and controlled environment tailored to the needs of elections operations. The new stand-alone building will feature a large overhang canopy with dedicated parking spots for curbside voting. The interior will include a lobby, conference room, hoteling space, offices, workstations, a mail-in ballot room, secure storage space and a one-stop voting area.
