Thomas completed this two-story, 46,000 SF I-2 institutional facility in North Durham, NC with 66 residential rooms, three suites and 132 beds. The facility includes dining areas, parlor, media room, an Alzheimer’s wing and four nursing stations. 
 
As Carillon’s select construction manager, Thomas develops a GMP for the work at the end of Design Development for each of Carillon’s facilities. In total, Thomas constructed 10 different Carillon facilities. These include locations in Garner, Mint Hill, North Raleigh, Mooresville, Clemmons, and Asheboro, NC, which were all one-story buildings, approximately 35,000SF with about 48 beds. Additionally, Thomas constructed Carillon facilities in Huntersville, Durham, North Durham, and Wake Forest, which were all 2-story buildings, approximately 46,000SF with over 130 beds. All facilities are I-2 institutional occupancy.
