Thomas completed this one-story, 35,000SF I-2 institutional facility in Mint Hill, NC with 48 units. The facility includes dining areas, parlor, media room, an Alzheimer’s wing and multiple nursing stations. This Carillon Assisted Living facility is currently owned by Cadence Senior Living.
 
As Carillon’s select construction manager, Thomas develops a GMP for the work at the end of Design Development for each of Carillon’s facilities. In total, Thomas has constructed more than 10 different facilities for the same client. These include locations in Garner, Mint Hill, North Raleigh, Mooresville, Clemmons, and Asheboro, NC, which were all one-story buildings, approximately 35,000SF with about 48 beds. Additionally, Thomas constructed Carillon facilities in Huntersville, Durham, North Durham, and Wake Forest, which were all 2-story buildings, approximately 46,000SF with over 130 beds. All facilities are I-2 institutional occupancy.
