Thomas Construction Group has completed numerous projects on Cape Fear Academy’s Campus in Wilmington, NC over the past 10+ years. CFA’s private school campus offers upscale educational facilities for its 600+ students, grades Pre-K through 12th grade.
Thomas projects include extensive renovations to Cameron Hall and the Science Innovation Center/Administrative Building; the Performing Arts Center which was converted from an old gymnasium and includes dressings rooms, a band room and lobby; and a new 42,800SF Athletic Center. The Athletic Center houses a main competition gym, practice gym, elevated track, training room, locker rooms, offices, and classrooms.
