For more than a decade, Thomas Construction Group has partnered with Cape Fear Academy in Wilmington, NC to deliver transformative projects across the private school’s Pre-K through 12th grade campus, home to more than 600 students. Together, these efforts have elevated academic, athletic, and arts facilities to match the school’s commitment to excellence.
Projects include extensive renovations to Cameron Hall and the Science Innovation Center/Administrative Building, the conversion of an existing gymnasium into a Performing Arts Center with dressing rooms, a band room, and lobby, and the construction of a new 42,800 SF Athletic Center. The Athletic Center features a main competition gym, practice gym, elevated track, training room, locker rooms, offices, and classrooms—creating a state-of-the-art space for student-athletes and the entire CFA community.
Thomas is proud to continue its partnership with Cape Fear Academy, supporting the school’s mission and long-term vision for campus growth.
